Every [SQUARE BRACKET] on this page needs your real details:
registered business name, registered address, support email and phone, and the
name of the person handling grievances. Edit make-legal.js and run
node make-legal.js — it rebuilds all three pages and this banner
disappears by itself once nothing is left in brackets.
The refund window and cancellation terms are a business decision, not a drafting one. Read them and change them to what you will actually honour.
Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 August 2026
This policy covers growingyoung.in, run by [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME] ("Growing Young", "we", "us"). It explains what we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and how to get it changed or deleted. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. We collect the contact details you type into the booking form, and we record how the page was used — which buttons were clicked, how far it was scrolled, which version of the page was shown. We use this to call you back and to work out which parts of the page are worth keeping. We do not sell it, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.
1. What you give us
When you book a call, the form asks for:
- Required: your full name, your WhatsApp number, your email address.
- Optional: your LinkedIn profile, what is driving your interest in working on your health, and the time of day that suits you for a call.
Your details are saved as soon as you complete the first step. If you start the form and abandon it partway, what you had already entered is still stored — that is deliberate, so we can follow up, and you can ask us to delete it (see section 7).
2. What is recorded automatically
While you are on the page, we record how it is used:
- Which call-to-action button opened the booking form, and how far down the page you were when you did.
- How far you scrolled, and roughly how long each section of the page was on screen while the tab was in front.
- Whether you played the video, and which programme tab you opened.
- Which version of the page you were shown — we run two versions and compare them.
- Any campaign tag on the link you arrived through (for example, from a LinkedIn post), or the website that referred you. This is recorded on your first visit and kept, so a later visit still credits where you originally found us.
- Your approximate technical context: browser, screen size, and the date and time.
This behavioural data is attached to a random identifier generated in your browser. It is not attached to your name unless you go on to submit the form.
3. Cookies and browser storage
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
gy_v (cookie) | Remembers which of the two page versions you were shown, so it never switches on you mid-visit. | 1 year |
| Visitor identifier (browser storage) | Lets us count one person who visits three times as one person rather than three. | Until you clear your browser data |
| First-touch campaign tag (browser storage) | Remembers where you originally found us. | Until you clear your browser data |
There are no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics products, and no tracking pixels on this site. The video does not load anything from YouTube until you click play — until then it is a still image.
4. Why we use it
- To contact you about the call you asked for, and to answer your questions.
- To decide which parts of the page to keep, change or remove.
- To understand which of our posts and channels bring people who actually want to talk to us.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
5. Who else sees it
- Our own systems. Your details go into our internal CRM so the person who calls you has your context. Both this website and the CRM are ours.
- Our hosting providers. The site and database run on Railway, and backups are stored with Cloudflare R2. They store the data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
- Google Fonts. The page loads its typefaces from Google's font service, which means Google's servers see your IP address when the page loads.
- YouTube. Only if you press play on the video. We use YouTube's no-cookie player, but from that point YouTube's own privacy policy also applies.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
- Your contact details: for as long as you are a client, and for three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Behavioural data: two years, after which it is only useful as a historical curiosity.
- Records we must keep by law (invoices, tax records): for the period the law requires, regardless of a deletion request.
7. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and who we have shared it with;
- correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete what we hold, where we are not required to keep it;
- withdraw your consent — this stops future processing but does not undo what was lawfully done before;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights if you are unable to.
Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
8. Keeping it safe
Access to the CRM holding your details requires an individual login; each person on our team has their own account, and access is removed the day someone leaves. Data is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
9. Children
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their details, write to us and we will delete them.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be notified to anyone whose data we hold.
11. Contact and grievances
