These terms apply when you use growingyoung.in, book a call with us, or join one of our programmes. By doing any of those you agree to them. "We" and "Growing Young" mean [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME].
The one thing to read. Growing Young provides health coaching and education. We are not a hospital, a clinic or a medical practice, and nothing we provide is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for care from your own doctor. See section 3.
1. Who can use this
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you are signing up on behalf of someone else, you need their consent.
2. What we provide
Structured coaching programmes covering training, nutrition, recovery and habit change, delivered through consultations, written plans, check-ins and — depending on the programme — interpretation of lab results you choose to obtain. What is included in each programme is described at the point you enrol, and that description forms part of these terms.
3. This is not medical care
- We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- We do not prescribe medication, and we do not tell you to stop or change any medication your doctor has prescribed.
- Where we discuss lab results, that is educational interpretation, not a clinical diagnosis.
- No doctor–patient relationship is created by anything on this site or in our programmes.
Talk to a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise, nutrition or supplement regime, particularly if you have an existing condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. If you experience chest pain, breathlessness, faintness or any other warning sign, stop and seek medical attention. In an emergency, call your local emergency number — do not contact us.
4. What you are responsible for
- Giving us accurate and complete information about your health, including conditions, injuries and medications, and telling us when it changes.
- Getting medical clearance where it is appropriate for you.
- Your own decisions. Everything we provide is guidance you choose whether to follow.
5. Booking a call
The introductory call is free and carries no obligation. Booking one is a request, not a confirmation — we will contact you to agree a time. We may decline to work with anyone where we do not believe we are the right fit, and we will say so plainly.
6. Fees and payment
Programme fees are quoted before you enrol and are payable in advance unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Fees are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. Access to a programme begins once payment is received. Refunds and cancellations are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Results
We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Results depend on your starting point, your biology, your consistency and factors outside anyone's control. Anything on this site describing another person's experience is that person's experience, not a promise of yours.
8. Our material
Plans, programme content, written material and anything else we produce belongs to us and is licensed to you for your own personal use. Please do not copy it, share it, resell it or use it to run your own coaching. Your personal health information remains yours.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, probe or overload this website, submit other people's details without their consent, or use the service for anything unlawful.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost income or lost opportunity.
11. Ending the arrangement
You may stop at any time; what you get back is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may end a programme immediately if you behave abusively towards our team, or if continuing would in our judgement be unsafe for you — in that case we refund the unused portion.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you enrol governs your programme. Changes take effect for new bookings from the date shown at the top of this page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at CITY have exclusive jurisdiction.
